If you are still contributing to the CCFPS then you do not need to provide us with your home address as we will contact you via your work address, your work email, or your College's HR / Payroll office, depending on the nature of the communication.
If either of the following circumstances apply:
1. You are in receipt of a pension from the CCFPS.
2. You are no longer contributing to the CCFPS and we are holding a preserved CCFPS pension for you to claim once you reach retirement age.
Then you can keep your home address details up to date by completing this form.
If you are unable to print the form then you can keep your home address details up to date by sending a signed letter to our office at: Pensions Administration, Greenwich House, Madingley Road, Cambridge CB3 0TX.
If you are in receipt of a pension from the CCFPS you can update your bank details by completing this form.
If you are unable to print the form then you can update your bank details details by sending a signed letter to our office at: Pensions Administration, Greenwich House, Madingley Road, Cambridge CB3 0TX.
For non-UK bank accounts please contact our office in the first instance as we may need to provide you with an alternative form.
If a lump sum becomes payable in the event of your death the trustees will take your wishes into account when making a decision on the appropriate recipient.

Registration of Potential Dependant Form
If there is someone other than a spouse or civil partner who is financially dependent on you or financially interdependent with you and you would like the trustee to consider the payment of a dependant's pension in the event of your death then you can register the potential dependant by completing this form..
There is no guarantee that a dependant's pension will be paid, the trustees will base their decision on the circumstances at the time of your death.

Application for Membership Form
The only sections of the CCFPS that are still open to new members are Emmanuel and Queens'.
If you are employed at one of these two colleges and are interested in joining the CCFPS please speak to your College HR or Payroll office regarding the eligibility criteria within your College.
If you are eligible and wish to join then please complete this application form and pass to your College HR or Payroll office for completion of the employer section.
If you wish to cease contributing to the scheme without leaving your employment or claiming your pension then please complete this opt out form and pass the completed form to your College HR or Payroll office.
